We accept returns on a case-by-case basis due to hygiene reasons as we strictly do not re-sell any returned products.

We do not entertain returns due to change of mind/ dislike what I receive/ item missed my expected delivery date.

Refund

We would offer you a full refund/ replacement if you received a defect product, we always ensure 100% Quality check on our rings. However, some get damage during delivery due to the poor handling.
